Doesnt work, Kasperky could care less. App Store award here

I was going to email Kasperky Tech support, but then figured why waste the time.
:)

I upgraded to Mt Lion and now Kaspersky still doesnt work. I checked the Kasperky web site and on July 26, 12 Kasperky stated: "Hi, we have submitted KSV update to be compatible with 10.8 to the app store some ago. But now we need to wait when Apple will finish its review and allow us to publish the update. I think we need several days more, and after ML-compatible version will automatically appear in the App Store. " NO UPDATE FOR A MONTH. GIVE ME A BREAK. AND NO COMMENT. App store should refund the money for this. And they still sell it. :)
