Apparently, the folks at Kaspersky have forgotten the concept of updates for compatibity with Macs latest OSX (Mountain Lion). I have been exchanging emails, files, reports, logs, you name it with their customer support and their response (every single time) is: "uninstall the version you have with our uninstaller, install the latest version and activate". But, guess what: It DOESNT WORK! The computer goes into a state of non-response.
Long story short, I paid for this app, worked with the previous OS, but after the update, never ran again. It will not accept the license, and simply, I lost mt money. Thanks, Kaspersky, for showing everyone how NOT to provide Customer Service!
