Have my Doubts

I have used for a while, this week it found a Trojan, but could not disinfect it. For 3 days I kept getting the warning of the Threat. I called & e-mailed Kaspersky support. They were no help, just sent me instructions on how to adjusting settings.
After the third day, the Threat is not longer posted, but I dont know if it was disinfected or is just hiding deep in files. I called Apple support and they just told me Macs do not get viruses.
